ミッドガルを 建設けんせつしてるときプレートが 落おちたんだって
まだ 人ひとが 住すみ 始はじめる 前まえで 大事だいじにはならなかったんだけど。

Apparently when they were building Midgar, the plate fell.
It happened before people started living there, so nothing serious happened.
